hire an employee

if i am hiring someone for a job i would look for alot of characteristics in that person. first i would look to see if she has a great personality to be around, like welcoming and happy when around a customer. I would also see if he/she is well presented and descant look like that person just woke up. i would also test that person and ask her what experiences have you had at this job, why do you want to work here and then i would see if she could do the job. that's what i will look for in a person to hire.
